If you've never experienced one-on-one fitness training in a private studio environment, you owe it to yourself to do so. Your Fitness Answer’s private studio operates by appointment only; there are no walk-ins and there's no waiting in line to use equipment because only one to three clients at anytime that will be in the studio with our certified trainers.

Our Pneu-Back Rehab program is for acute-chronic back pain, balance & fall prevention, orthopedic rehab and osteoporosis therapy. If you are suffering from a herniated disk, sciatica, after effects of a motor vehicle accident, stenosis or some other back problem, we have developed an aggressive, proactive approach to treating back pain, which is helping many people avoid surgery and drug intervention.

Pneu-FAST Training and Gait Analysis is a 60-90 minute program that meets twice a week for nine weeks. It is an innovative approach to improving each individual's performance with an emphasis on correct biomechanics, core strength, and correct muscle recruitment patterns. Your Fitness Answer features the latest in state-of-the-art fitness equipment for wheelchair users and physically challenged individuals in a private setting such as the Nautilus Freedom Trainer, NuStep TRS 4000 and the PT-28 treadmill with the Pneu-Gait unweighting system to give you the most complete and safe exercise experience.
